What we paint

Walls, exteriors, and the small repairs paint will not hide.

Houses and small commercial spaces. The list stays short so the quote stays specific.

01

Interior

Walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. We patch, sand, and caulk before the first coat goes on.

02

Exterior

Siding, porches, doors, and trim. The quote includes the scrape where Florida sun has cooked the old paint.

03

Commercial

Storefronts, offices, and small retail. We can work before you open or after you lock up.

04

With the paint

Light repairs that have to happen first: drywall patch, loose trim, a door that sticks. Not a remodel.

How it works

You know the date before we open a can.

01

Walkthrough

We come to the house or the shop, look at what is failing, and talk color if you want a second set of eyes. Sherwin-Williams chips, on site.

02

Written quote

You get the scope, the prep, the coats, and a start window in writing. Fifty percent holds the date.

03

Prep and paint

Floors and furniture covered. We prep, paint, and walk the finish with you before we pack the truck.

Why clients hire us

The same sequence on a bedroom, a bungalow, or a shop.

Prep before paint

Scrape, sand, caulk, patch, and prime bare spots. The coat is the last step, not the first.

Color, in the room

We bring Sherwin-Williams chips and can brush a sample on the wall before the full order.

A covered job site

Canvas on the floors, plastic on the furniture, tape pulled before it skins. We sweep before we leave.

Hours that fit a business

Shops and offices can be painted before open, after close, or on a day you are already shut.

A call if the day moves

If the schedule slips, you hear it from us that day — not after you have waited at the house.

A finish for this climate

Coatings specified for coastal humidity, not a bargain one-coat system that peels by August.

Porch and siding finished in warm white, with charcoal door trim and sage shutters.
Siding, door, and trim. The finish coat goes on after the scrape and caulk.

Recent work

Interior, exterior, commercial.

Home interior

Living room with warm white walls, a sage built-in bookcase, and charcoal window trim.
Walls, doors, trim, and a built-in. Patched and sanded, then two coats.

Exterior

Coastal Florida cottage with warm white siding and charcoal shutters in late-afternoon light.
Siding and trim. Scraped where the sun had failed the old paint, then recoated.

Commercial space

Small storefront with a warm white facade, charcoal window frames, and a sage awning.
Storefront and entry, painted after close so the door is dry at open.

FAQ

Before the quote

What is the deposit?

Fifty percent puts the job on the calendar. The balance is due when we walk the finish and you sign off.

How long does a typical job take?

A bedroom is usually one to two days, prep included. An exterior is quoted in days after we see the siding — sun-baked paint around Jacksonville often needs a scrape, not just a coat. A small shop or office is often two to four days, split around your hours.

Can you help choose a color?

Yes. We bring Sherwin-Williams chips to the walkthrough and can put a sample on the wall before we order the full gallons.

Can you work after hours?

Homes are daytime. Offices, shops, and small retail can be early, after close, or on a day you are already closed. Put the constraint in the note.

What is included in prep?

Patching, sanding, caulk at trim and siding gaps, spot-prime on bare spots, masking, and covering floors and furniture. If we find rot or a surface that will not hold paint, we tell you before we coat it.
